Cornell Box
The classic global illumination test scene, originally measured at Cornell University. Tests fundamental light transport: color bleeding between diffuse walls, soft shadows from an area light source, and indirect illumination. The simplest meaningful GI benchmark — every physically based renderer should produce a recognizable result.
